Ingredients (for 2 cup tea)
  • Tea powder – 2 tsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) – 4
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Milk – 1 cup 
  • Water – 1 cup 
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Boil a cup of water in a tea pan, add ginger, crushed black pepper, and boil for 2-3 mins until you get the nice aroma.
  • Add milk, sugar and tea leaves or tea powder. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and bring it to boil.
  • Switch off the flame and with the help of a fine mesh sieve filter out the tea powder and spices.
  • Finally, serve the Tea/ chai with cookies/ breadsticks or with any breakfast recipes.
